Dinner on the Grill

Last night I followed my own advice from last Friday and did a locavore's dinner on the grill. Pork chops from Bosford's farm and eggplant from my garden, plus bread from El Jardin and goat cheese from Goat Rising. Heavenly. The pork chops were notably good--juicy and flavorful.
