Taking Requests

Hey readers - got any veggies coming in your CSA box or garden that you're feeling confounded by? Too much of something, even if you like it? Or something else you have no idea what to do with? I'm taking requests! I may post full recipes or simply ideas to get you started. Leave a comment to let me know what you're working with.

Looking for ways to hide greens (kale, collard, chard) so my husband doesn't know he is eating them. =) He grew up on boiled chard and he turns up his nose at anything that remotely resembles or tastes anything like it. We've tried and enjoyed a few of your recipes, with plans to try others in the future. Thanks...and keep it going!

Cabbage and Beets! I've tried a few beet recipes, but still haven't found a good one yet. And my husband isn't a huge fan of cabbage, so if there's a particularly tasty recipe out there for it, that would be great!

Parsley! What to do with huge bunches of parsley that we get every week with our CSA??
I've been freezing it all, waiting until winter when I can use it in soups and with potatoes, but what can I use fresh parsley for?
Btw - I love this blog!
