We celebrated Valentine's Day yesterday, when we had a bit more time and leisure to work with. I made the following menu:
Roast Eye of Round with Garlic
Winter Squash Risotto
Green Beans with Shallot Mustard Sauce
And for dessert, Peach Compote with freshly whipped cream.
